Agroecological vineyards? Is it possible?

Not only is it possible, but Martin Azcona @martinazcona from Bodega Azcona @bodegafamiliaazcona makes it a reality in the Pedernal Valley with vineyards between 1,250 and 1,500 meters above sea level and a calcareous soil that resembles other areas such as La Borgoña or La Toscana.

What is being agroecological? It means not using agrochemicals and letting the land, its animals, and native plants develop naturally. In the case of Valle del Pedernal, the altitude, the climate and the constant circulation of winds make this place an ideal point for this type of work in the vineyard. (I leave you in the photos an image of the vineyard with its natural green mantle)

What wines did I have the chance to try from Bodega Azcona?
