This is a trend that is growing in the world and that does not escape what is also happening here in Argentina.
Understanding this trend, @susanabalbowines presented its Crios Sustentia line made up of two organic Malbec and Cabernet wines, a low-alcohol Pinot Gris wine and a limited-edition Cabernet Sauvignon.
I was lucky enough to share each of these wines with José Lovaglio Balbo @joselovagliobalbo, winemaker, and to be surprised by the Pinot Gris with only 9° alcohol.
Interesting to see how wineries are getting closer and closer to the idea of being aware of the world around us and of nature. To pair, they chose @sacroresto, which is a restaurant with vegan and fusion dishes.
And you, have you tried this style of wine yet? What do you think of the low alcohol trend? I read you 🤩
