Glass, ice, or soda water with the wine? I'll explain why NO❌ πŸ˜ƒβ

Let's start with the usual phrase "The wine is drunk by each one as they want" and yes, it is definitely like that. However, I want to tell you why some practices are a resounding NO:

🍷 Why NOT use a glass? Because when I grab it with my hand I transfer the heat of my body to the wine, I warm it up, I quickly remove it from its ideal temperature. That's why the glass has a stem, so as NOT to heat the wine.

Why NOT use ice? because you are going to dilute the wine. If the reason is that it seems too strong, I suggest you try softer wines. If the reason is because it's hot, add the ice, stir for a few seconds and take it out so the temperature drops but it doesn't get watery.

πŸ’¦ Why NOT use soda? The same reason as with ice, if it is to dilute, opt for softer wines. There is a wide variety of whites, rosΓ©s and smooth reds that you can try to enjoy your drink more.

Of course, if we talk about cocktails, things change. You can make very good drinks with wines, especially using young wines. Would you like to share some ideas? I read you 😍
